Kodak Black is home. After being released from jail on $100,000 bond, the Atlantic Records MC wastes no time, unleashing a music video for his new track, “There He Go.”
It appears that the video was shot during Kodak’s homecoming as loved ones embrace the rapper and cheer for his release. “What I tell you?” asks Kodak. “I ain’t going nowhere.”
Rapping throughout the house and even in the backyard, the XXL Freshman brags about what makes him different from others, including the fact that he doesn’t use Auto-Tune and that he doesn’t wear Yeezys. He also uses the opportunity to floss, count cash, and take flicks with his ice on.
The Pompano Beach rapper was released from jail just five days ago, on Thursday (Dec. 1). “I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future,” he wrote. “I can’t wait to get back to what I love most — working at being the illest rapper alive.”
Black is being accused of criminal sexual conduct in Florence County, South Carolina, where a woman claims the rapper assaulted her in a hotel room after a concert.
