The King of Pop lives on. Janet Jackson will reportedly honor her late brother Michael with the birth of her first child.
According to E! News, the baby’s name will “have something to do with Michael Jackson.” The touching tribute will arrive more than seven years after MJ passed away.
The source added that Janet’s baby is “due very, very soon” and that she “can’t wait to have the baby.” In fact, Jackson and her husband Wissam Al Mana have already had the baby’s room painted with “soft pastel colors,” though the sex of the baby is unknown to the public.
Concerns about Janet’s health are also being downplayed as the 50-year-old singer is reportedly not experiencing any complications. “The doctors said she is doing well and told her just to take it easy,” said the insider. “She wants to be a healthy mother for her child.”
In April, Jackson postponed her “Unbreakable World Tour” to plan a family. Last month, she confirmed her pregnancy. The baby’s due date is currently unknown.
