Kodak Black’s troubles with the law continue. On Monday (Sept. 19), the Floridian rapper was sentenced to 120 days in St. Lucie County Jail, pleading no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges in Fort Pierce.

Black — who faced a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis and a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia — has been granted credit for time served, according to The Sun-Sentinel.

Aside from jail time, Kodak was fined $298 and his license has been suspended for a year. He’s expected to be released Nov. 30, but that could be extended because Kodak’s legal woes aren’t over.

The XXL Freshman also faces a charge of criminal sexual conduct in South Carolina, where he’s been accused of committing sexual battery at a hotel in February. He could face up to 30 years in prison in that case.

Last month, Kodak was set to be released from jail after striking a deal in a separate case, involving robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. He was sentenced to house arrest and probation. However, as he was being released, these two active warrants were uncovered.
