Tyga’s legal woes could continue.

Earlier this week, a judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest after the rapper failed to appear in court to discuss financial matters with a former landlord. Now, according to TMZ, he has reached a settlement in the case and hopes to have the warrant expunged.

T-Raww, who was ordered to pay a $480,000 judgement for back rent and damages for the Malibu home, reportedly wrote a check for an undisclosed amount to the former landlord, reaching an out-of-court settlement.

Later today, Tyga’s lawyers will reportedly ask the judge to withdraw the bench warrant because the case has been settled.

However, that may not help matters since the warrant was not issued as a result of the case, but rather it was issued due to Tyga’s failure to appear in court.

Either way, Tyga doesn’t seem to be worried. The rapper is currently vacationing in Turks and Caicos with girlfriend Kylie Jenner for her 19th birthday.

UPDATE: According to TMZ, Tyga’s arrest warrant has been rescinded.

That’s good news for King Gold Chains, who would have faced legal trouble if this hadn’t been resolved. He is currently in Turks and Caicos and would have been arrested by U.S. Customs upon arrival back in his home country with the arrest warrant in place.

On Friday, the landlord’s lawyers appeared in court and said they were satisfied with the undisclosed figure that T-Raww provided in a check. The judge then recalled the warrant.
