Wale flies all of his fans to Los Angeles today, with the release of his hot new mixtape, Summer on Sunset.

The 17-track set was inspired by last summer in L.A. and is filled with references to the City of Angels, starting with the Raheem DeVaughn-assisted intro (“LAX”). From there, Folarin delivers other tracks that carry this theme though, like “Paparazzi,” “Day by the Pool,” and “Women of Los Angeles.”

That spills over into some of the guests, as Wale enlists West Coast legends Tha Dogg Pound for “Gangsta Boogie.” Other collaborators include Ty Dolla $ign, Cam’ron, DJ Mustard, Eric Bellinger, and iconic wrestling announcer Jim Ross (“Smackdown/Raw”).

Additionally, Jerry Seinfeld, Amy Schumer, Mark Wahlberg, Jeremy Scott, Eva Marcille, Justine Skye, and Triple H fill out Wale’s Hollywood adventure.

SoS, which premiered on DJ Khaled’s We the Best Radio, is a precursor to the MMG spitter’s upcoming fifth album SHINE (Still Here Ignoring Negative Energy), due this fall. Folarin acted as the Snapchat King’s co-host and guest, delivering the project that was teased by Seinfeld in a trailer just this week.
