Iggy Azalea is going back to Australia.

After performing a trio of hits on “Good Morning America,” the rapper has announced that she’s joining “The X Factor” Australia’s judging panel, replacing Dannii Minogue as a judge.

“I really didn’t picture myself being a judge on any kind of television show,” she told News.com.au. “But I think that actually this could be a good fit for me so I said yes.”

Going home was part of the draw. “Initially I didn’t know but then I thought it would be good to come back to Australia and have an opportunity to spend some time there and obviously to see my family, who live in Sydney,” said the “Fancy” rapper. “So I think it will be a good situation for multiple reasons. I’m really excited and I don’t really know what to expect.”

I-G-G-Y, who says this will “definitely be the longest” time she’s spent Down Under in about a decade, is joining the show in its eight season. So far, it’s unclear when the season will start. The panel—which last year included Minogue, Guy Sebastian, Chris Isaak, and James Blunt—has also not been officially confirmed for Season 8.

But the show isn’t her only gig. Iggy is, of course, also planning to release her sophomore album Digital Distortion, though a release date has not been announced.
