G-Eazy is making movies. At least that seems to be the aim with the Bay Area rapper’s new cinematic video for “Drifting,” which features Chris Brown and Tory Lanez.
The Daniel CZ-directed clip starts with film-like typography as if it’s a new movie trailer. Produced by Riveting Entertainment, the visual features Gerald, Lanez, and Breezy rapping and singing about relationships that have gone sour as lovely ladies lay in bed sporting lingerie.
“That’s the biggest song in the world,” G-Eazy told Rap-Up TV. “I made the song with Tory Lanez and then Chris heard it, and he jumped on it and that’s a game changer.”
“Drifting” can be found on G-Eazy’s When It’s Dark Out, an album that he’ll be promoting on “The Endless Summer Tour” with Logic, YG, and Yo Gotti, which launches in June.
