In the remaining hours of Good Friday, G.O.O.D. Music alum Kid Cudi dials up “The Frequency,” a brand new song for his fans, which he released on Twitter. Over a mellow instrumental, produced by Mike Dean, Plain Pat, and Cudi, “The Chosen One” raps about “couple girls, couple stories, and a couple shrooms” and encourages listeners to “color outside the lines.”
The star of the upcoming film James White was recently in the studio with Kanye West working on the latter’s upcoming album Turbo Grafx 16. Just last month, André 3000 called Cudi’s latest album Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven “the best thing to come out in a long time.”
