Offset is in trouble with the law yet again. The Migos member, who spent a majority of last year in jail on drugs and weapons charges, was arrested on Thursday (March 17) for driving with a suspended license.
Atlanta police found this infraction after pulling him over and running his name through their system, according to TMZ.
Drew Findling, Offset’s lawyer, said that the rapper believed his fine for driving with a suspended license and failure to appear in court was paid off upon his December release.
In 2015, Offset spent eight months in jail and then received five years probation after cutting a deal on drugs and weapons charges.
Offset will remain in jail until at least Friday when he’s eligible for bail.
