ELHAE enlists Kehlani for “Doesn’t Matter,” a single off the North Dakota-born rapper-singer’s album All Have Fallen, released today through Dream Loud Music Group and Atlantic Records.
Over a mellow trap-inspired beat, ELHAE (Every Life Has An Ending) breaks down his past, reminiscing about an important phone call he shared with his mom and the bumps that he’s faced along the way. Meanwhile, the Tsunami Mob leader fires off a few bars at fake friends, while noting that she’s focusing on her health now more than ever.
Kehlani is the only guest on All Have Fallen, which follows ELHAE’s 2015 EP Aura.
“I had the idea for All Have Fallen for years and I’m happy that I waited for the right time to execute it,” ELHAE told The FADER. “From top to bottom I had a vision for how I wanted this project to turn out and it happened naturally. Working with Kehlani was dope as well, we’ve been friends for a while now so I felt it was only right to make that happen. I hope fans enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.”
