The ESSENCE Festival is back with another all-star lineup. Kendrick Lamar, Mariah Carey, and Maxwell will headline the 22nd annual festival in New Orleans.

The three superstars will take the stage during the nighttime concerts at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome from June 30 to July 3.

The Compton rapper, who won five Grammys for his album To Pimp a Butterfly, will return to the ESSENCE stage following his appearance last year. In between dates on her “Sweet Sweet Fantasy” European tour and Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace, the recently-engaged Carey will make her ESSENCE debut.

Ciara, New Edition, Babyface, Charlie Wilson, and Tyrese will also perform across the five stages during the four nights.

For the first time, Jeremih, DeJ Loaf, Leon Bridges, The Internet, Tink, and Lion Babe will also perform at the festival.

Other performers on the star-studded bill include Doug E. Fresh, Eric Bellinger, Estelle, Faith Evans, Jidenna, Kelly Price, Lalah Hathaway, Mali Music, MC Lyte, Robert Glasper Experiment, St. Beauty, and V. Bozeman, with more to be announced soon.

Last year’s ESSENCE Festival featured performances from Missy Elliott, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, and more.

Tickets are on sale now starting at $130.50, while VIP packages for all three nights cost up to $2,700.
