TDE has big plans for 2016. The label’s CEO, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, has dropped some hints about the camp’s upcoming releases.

Via a white board timeline, he revealed that ScHoolboy Q, SZA, Isaiah Rashad, and Ab-Soul are all working on new projects or finalizing efforts for 2016. Q is in the sample clearance phase and Soulo’s in the mixing stage, while SZA and Isaiah remain in different steps of the creative process.

Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar and Jay Rock’s projects remain question marks for this year. For Rock, this may be due to his recent motorcycle accident, so his name is signaled in the chart with “ER.”

But beyond new projects from the label’s roster, it seems that two new TDE artists have also been announced. According to Top’s whiteboard, John Doe 1 is in the second stage of the creative process while John Doe 2’s status is to be determined. The acts haven’t been officially revealed just yet.

The IG post could bring Black Hippy fans a reason to be optimistic, as well. Top’s timeline notes that he is “praying” for a “BH” release next year. BH, of course, likely refers to the initials of Black Hippy, the group that consists of K-Dot, Q, Ab, and Rock.
