Could the wait finally be over? A snippet of what may be new Frank Ocean music has leaked, which could mean that the Grammy-winning crooner is gearing up to release the long-awaited follow-up to 2012’s channel ORANGE.

According to Complex, a three-minute Ocean leak was uploaded to a random SoundCloud page from what could be a “secret listening session.” Meanwhile, Fuse reports that the song featured Frank in rap mode with “a barreling flow that kinda reminds of [his] Odd Future brother Earl Sweatshirt.”

The SoundCloud track has been deleted, but two short clips have surfaced online. “I’ll be back before the streetlights are on and the daylight’s gone,” he appears to sing in one clip, while the other doesn’t feature any lyrics.

Even if these are new Ocean snippets, it’s unclear whether the tracks will appear on his next album. A release date for the project is also unknown.

In April, Ocean posted a photograph on Tumblr that teased an album called Boys Don’t Cry and a July release date. That came and went with no new LP. Most recently, the singer appeared on “Wolves” off Kanye West’s album The Life of Pablo.
