Hot on the heels of her “Down in the DM” remix, K. Michelle teams up with fellow Memphis native Yo Gotti on “My City” off his upcoming album The Art of Hustle. Instead of slinging sexually-explicit rhymes, the R&B songstress takes a more somber tone and pays homage to her hometown on the raw and heartfelt track.

“Oh Memphis, oh Tennessee, no other place will be home for me,” sings K. “In a world full of fakes, my city made me a real hustler.”

Gotti spits some real talk as he reflects on his success. “It’s going down in the DM / Nah, ni**a, it’s goin’ down when I see ’em / Biggest record of my career / I’m becoming a star and I’m shooting an AR out the car.”

Due Feb. 19, The Art of Hustle also features appearances from E-40, Future, Lil Wayne, and Timbaland, while the deluxe edition includes Pusha T and 2 Chainz.
