Rihanna is taking over your television. The singer stars in a new CBS promo for three big events—Super Bowl 50, “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” and the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. Donning a gold dress, heels, and shades, RiRi takes the field to represent the Grammys. The 40-second clip also features CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz and Stephen Colbert, who serves as referee. He flips a coin to determine who goes first.
It appears as though Rihanna will be a part of the Grammys based on the promo. “We go first,” says Nantz, while RiRi responds, “I’m worth the wait.”
Super Bowl 50 airs Sunday, Feb. 7 featuring previously-announced halftime performers Beyoncé and Coldplay, followed by a live edition of “The Late Show.” The 58th Annual Grammy Awards air Monday, Feb. 15.
Rihanna’s eighth album ANTI still awaits a release date, but is she waiting to tie in the launch with the Grammys next month?
