While Drake’s “Hotline Bling” continues to burn up the charts, not everyone is happy for his success. D.R.A.M., whose summer sensation “Cha Cha” has drawn comparisons to Drake’s hit, has accused the Canadian rapper of “jacking” his song.

Fresh off performing in Drake’s hometown of Toronto, D.R.A.M. took to Twitter to air our his grievances following the premiere of the “Hotline Bling” video. “Just performed in Toronto for the 1st time tonight and it was bittersweet,” said the Virginia singer-rapper, adding, “Bitter though, cus after my performance all I’m seeing is Cha Cha/Hotline Bling comparisons on my timeline.”

While the songs may sound alike, “Hotline Bling,” produced by Nineteen85, credits a sample of Timmy Thomas’ 1972 song “Why Can’t We Live Together” and not “Cha Cha.” But the similarities are not sitting well with D.R.A.M.

“Ni**as want to know how I feel about that,” he said before calling out Drake. “Yeah, I feel I got jacked for my record…But I’m GOOD.”

“Hotline Bling” is currently the No. 2 song in the country, while D.R.A.M.’s “Cha Cha” has yet to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
