Robin Thicke and Nicki Minaj reunite on screen in the video for his new single “Back Together.” The R&B crooner throws a pool party at his mid-century mansion in Miami. Bikini-clad babes sip martinis and stroll around the property and one even throws Thicke in the pool, tuxedo and all.

Thicke and his boys get their Rat Pack on, while Nicki makes a cameo—dancing on the couch alongside Thicke in a floral-print bra and cheetah-print skirt—before waving her finger at him and strutting out of the room.

The feel-good clip ends with a party on the lawn, with Thicke grabbing the mic to perform as guests get down to the funky rhythm.

But the song, helmed by Max Martin and Savan Kotecha, is not about his ex-wife Paula Patton. “I didn’t write this song, so I can’t take credit for the meaning,” he told Robin Roberts on “GMA.” “It’s more about the theme of getting yourself back together with love and partnership.”

Thicke’s eighth album, his first since last year’s Paula, is due this fall.

In between visits to “GMA” and “The Tonight Show” this week, Thicke returned to “Ebro in the Morning” on Hot 97 to discuss his collaboration with Nicki Minaj, relationship with Paula Patton, and his new girlfriend, April Love Geary.
