Just in time for summer, Bridget Kelly returns with a brand new EP called Summer of 17. The R&B songstress, who split with Roc Nation last year, keeps the feel-good vibes flowing on the ’90s-infused set, which she released independently.
The six tracks feature the Mack Wilds-assisted single “Act Like That,” with production from Da Internz, Swagg, K-Mack, Jordan Bratton, JDot, and Roc.
“This project is unlike anything I’ve ever released but I’m so proud of it,” Bridget told Billboard. “I wrote/co-wrote every song; it’s tailor-made to remind myself that I’m old enough to know better but young enough not to take life [and] love too seriously.”
She will celebrate the EP’s release by embarking on her “Summer of 17” tour, starting Aug. 8 in Washington, D.C.
Summer of 17 will be available at digital retailers tomorrow. Stream it below.
