The Bawse is behind bars. Rick Ross was busted for weed on Wednesday.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the 39-year-old rap mogul was riding in his Bentley in Fayette County, Ga. when cops pulled him over for a tinted window violation. When they approached the car, they smelled weed and proceeded to search the vehicle.

They allegedly found five “marijuana cigarettes” and arrested him on a misdemeanor marijuana charge, reports TMZ. He is currently being taken to the Fayette County Jail and being booked.

This is Ross’ second weed arrest.
