Machine Gun Kelly asks where’s the love on “A Little More,” the first single off his upcoming sophomore album. The Cleveland rapper encourages compassion on the rock-tinged record, which serves as an anthem for his generation, while singer-songwriter Victoria Monét provides the powerful hook.
“This song and this album have been years in the making,” said MGK. “I’m honored to begin sharing it with you.”
He is readying the follow-up to his 2012 Bad Boy debut Lace Up, which was mostly recorded in Cleveland and will feature live instrumentation.
“I’m saying all the things I wanted to say on the first album, on this album,” he told Cleveland.com. “I took that two-year hiatus because I wanted to grow and come back as something new and exciting.”
