And then there were two. Following Danity Kane’s demise, former band members Aubrey O’Day and Shannon Bex have formed a new duo called dumblonde.

Aubrey took to social media to make the announcement on Sunday. “Today begins a new chapter. Thank you for always standing by us, this new music project is for u!” she tweeted along with some sexy promo pics.

But don’t expect the same sound. According to TMZ, the duo’s music will be more EDM than R&B or pop. “Think Charli XCX and Tove Lo,” wrote the site.

They are working on an EP and are selling tickets to a listening party on April 11.

Danity Kane announced their break up in August 2014 after an altercation between Aubrey and fellow groupmate Dawn Richard.

“I think we’ve done enough to everybody. You can’t get people’s hopes up like that and then shit on ’em consistently,” Dawn told Rap-Up TV in January. “I think we’ve tarnished the name so badly…We left a bad taste in everybody’s mouth.”

dumblonde made its first public appearance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday. You can follow them on Twitter and Instagram.
