Rihanna is adding another job to her résumé. The fashion icon has been named Creative Director of Puma.

According to WWD, the 26-year-old will oversee the direction of the sporting brand’s womenswear line.

The singer got right to work, flying to Puma’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, on Monday to meet with the design team and pick out colors, styles, and discuss the line’s direction.

As part of a multi-year partnership, Rihanna will take a hands-on approach with Puma’s fitness and training line, including apparel as well as shoes.

She “will work with Puma to design and customize classic Puma styles as well as create new styles to add to the Puma product portfolio,” the company said in a statement.

In her new role, she will also act as Puma’s global brand ambassador, joining Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt and football star striker Mario Balotelli, and star in Puma’s fall 2015 ad campaign.

“Signing Rihanna is a fantastic step for Puma,” said Puma’s chief executive officer Bjørn Gulden. “Her global profile, her charisma and individuality, her ambition—all these things make her a perfect ambassador for our brand. With a strong portfolio in football, running and motorsport, finding an inspiring partner for women’s training was very important. Rihanna was a natural choice for us. We’re delighted to have her as a partner, and we’re looking forward to what’s to come.”

Rihanna has previously modeled for fashion brands including Gucci, Emporio Armani, and Balmain.
