Jhené Aiko kicked off her release week with an appearance on Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club.” The Souled Out singer fielded some crazy and stupid questions from Charlamagne, DJ Envy, and Angela Yee, including whether she showers and rumors that she dated Drake and Childish Gambino. She also spoke about her relationship with her sister Mila J and growing up on Slauson Avenue.
When asked if she is a crip, she joked, “The feds might be listening.”
She admitted that she is in a relationship (“This is the first time that I feel like I’m really in true love”) and that she doesn’t write a lot when she’s happy.
With her debut album, she hopes to “spread love and teach people how to love themselves.”
On Sunday, Jhené performed her single “The Pressure” on the Streamy Awards 2014. Watch below.
