Keyshia Cole is taking charge on her sixth album. The R&B songstress took to Instagram to give her fans a preview of her new music including a song called “Boss Ass Bitch.”
“If you hos didn’t know, my name is Keyshia Cole and I’m a boss ass bitch,” declares Keysh on the personal anthem, which marks a return to her Oakland roots.
She shared some tidbits about the album with her fans on Twitter. The first single, which she describes as a “club” record, will drop next week.
The follow-up to 2012’s Woman to Woman will include 15 tracks including three “sexy records.” When asked if the theme is male bashing, she responded, “Sadly sorta.”
She has been in the studio with Future, Wale, Trey Songz, French Montana, August Alsina, Elijah Blake, Mike WiLL Made It, and Sean Kingston, who she worked with on her remix to Chris Brown’s “Loyal.”
