ScHoolboy Q

Kendrick Lamar ruled 2013, and ScHoolboy Q plans to carry the torch in 2014. The TDE rapper has announced a release date for his major label debut.

Oxymoron is set to arrive on February 25, 2014. He revealed the date in a video starring his daughter Joy.

While he speaks to one of his business partners on the phone, the young girl tries to grab her father’s attention. When he finally looks down, he sees that she is holding up a sign with the release date.

“Put the damn album out,” he tells the person on the other line. “Ni**as is hot. They don’t want another motherfu**in’ interview. These ni**as want the date.”

In addition to the singles “Man of the Year” and the Kendrick Lamar-assisted “Collard Greens,” Oxymoron is expected to feature contributions from Raekwon, Snoop Dogg, and J. Cole.
