Eminem

Move over Drake. Eminem is coming for the No. 2 spot. The Detroit rapper is set to earn the second-largest sales week of the year.

According to Billboard, Eminem’s eighth album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is on track to debut at No. 1 on next week’s Billboard 200 with 700,000-750,000 copies sold in its first week.

The project will mark Eminem’s seventh consecutive No. 1 album. Only his 1999 debut The Slim Shady LP missed the top spot.

Those numbers would also give Slim Shady the second-biggest sales week of the year behind Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience, which entered with 968,000 in March.

Drake currently holds the second biggest debut of the year with his album Nothing Was the Same, which opened at No. 1 in September with 658,000.

Final sales figures will be announced on Nov. 13.
