Rick Ross

Rick Ross was back in the hot seat on “The Breakfast Club.” During their visit to Miami, Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy sat down with the Miami kingpin to discuss MMG Weekend, his workout routine, and his foray into Hollywood with his first movie for Maybach Films.

On Dec. 17, he will release his sixth album Mastermind. “This will be the biggest impactful album I release,” said Rozay. “This one right here is most definitely a masterpiece.”

“Devil Is a Lie,” his new single featuring Jay Z, is set to debut this month. He also plans to shoot a video for it overseas.

Plus, find out about his collaboration with soul singer Bobby Womack and what he thinks of his beef with 50 Cent years later.

On his CrossFit workout routine: “If you just do seven minutes of this, everything else you been doing, you really wasting your time because it’s just constant movement.”

On his Hollywood plans: “I’ma make a big announcement as far as a film we producing. We just actually closed a situation. We’ll be handling the soundtrack as well as I’m producing the film.”

On his beef with 50 Cent: “I just called it buffoonery or whatever it is. I was enjoying it too. At the end of the day, I always felt like I’m the one with nothing to lose. I was like this a bad decision for homie to make.”

On collaborating with Bobby Womack: “I just tracked the homie Bobby Womack for a whole antique, vintage sound.”
