Pusha T

Pusha T turns the beach into a strip club in the seductive video for “Sweet Serenade” featuring Chris Brown. On the eve of the release of his debut My Name Is My Name, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper delivers the Colin Tilley-directed clip, which he shot in Malibu at night. He lights a bonfire and toasts to the good life as bikini-clad babes perform in the sand, which comes complete with stripper poles.

“‘Sweet Serenade,’ it doesn’t sound really sweet, it’s pretty dark, so to capture that, we came and shot on the beach at nighttime,” Pusha told MTV News. “It gives it that eery feel, but still soothing.”

He praised his collaborator. “Chris has an edge to him that’s very real,” said Pusha. “He’s a real person, he goes through real situations and I just respect him a lot. I asked him to be on the record and he was 100 percent down with it.”

In addition to Brown, MNIMN features Kendrick Lamar, Kelly Rowland, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and more. “It’s definitely going to be the hip-hop album of the year,” he declared.
