Gucci Mane can’t shake the legal drama. The Atlanta rapper was arrested by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad earlier today during a visit to his probation officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office.
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the Brick Squad MC, born Radric Davis, was charged with misdemeanor battery after a warrant was issued following an incident where he allegedly pushed a female out of a moving vehicle, causing her bodily harm. While the misdemeanor charge would normally be less severe, authorities are considering the violent act as a violation of his probation stemming from previous charges. If convicted, he could return to jail.
Gucci found himself in a similar situation in 2009 after he was arrested for violating his probation for failing to complete 600 hours of community service. After serving part of his 12-month sentence, he was again arrested in December 2010 on gang-related charges.
