Monica takes a look in the “Mirror” on a new song from her March 23rd release Still Standing. The R&B vet reflected on the significance of the Jim Jonsin production in an interview with staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud.

“I have to say one of my absolute favorite songs on the album is ‘Mirror,'” she revealed. “The reason that this song means so much to me, it’s about being comfortable with what you see when you look in the mirror, but it’s over a mid[tempo] beat that’s still very hip, very new, and very young.”
