After nearly a year-long delay, it looks like Lil Wayne will finally release his rock-inspired album, Rebirth, as planned on December 15. The Young Money compilation will also drop the same day, Birdman tells staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud.
The Cash Money Records CEO did not disclose which songs would be included on Rebirth, but did say that Weezy wasn’t going to bring in the new year without firmly shutting the door on 2009.
“Wayne’s dropping his album [Rebirth] and the self-titled Young Money album on the same day,” reveals Birdman, who made sure not to forget Cash Money’s other projects. “We’re rounding the year off with my album, Pricele$$, Jay Sean’s album, All or Nothing, and Glasses Malone’s album, Beach Cruiser, which are all going to be released November 23.” Universal Motown also confirms the dates to staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud.
In 2010, Cash Money will continue their chokehold on the game with albums from Kevin Rudolf, Drake, Bow Wow, and Nicki Minaj.
