Kanye West isn’t letting his Instagram suspension get him down.

On Wednesday, Ye was spotted at the Golden State Warriors game with his son, Saint, just hours after Instagram suspended him from the platform. Father and son grabbed a courtside seat at San Francisco’s Chase Center as the Warriors took on the Boston Celtics, wearing matching hoodies, jackets, and boots.

Ye was seen chatting up Warriors co-owner Joseph Lacob throughout the game. The proud father also introduced his 6-year-old son to Celtics star Jaylen Brown and snapped a photo on the court.

This comes amid Ye’s custody battle with Kim Kardashian. He claimed that their daughter North missed out on his DONDA 2 performance in Miami as well as a Donda Doves basketball game and Sunday Service. “This is the kind of stuff that’s just like the Chicago birthday party,” he quipped in a video over the weekend.

Instagram placed a 24-hour ban on Ye following his social media attacks on Kim, Pete Davidson, and Trevor Noah. He changed the lyrics to “Kumbaya” to include a racial slur aimed at the “Daily Show” host, who spoke out about his “harassment” of Kim.

“You’re an indelible part of my life Ye. Which is why it breaks my heart to see you like this,” Noah wrote in response to Ye’s attack. “I don’t care if you support Trump and I don’t care if you roast Pete. I do however care when I see you on a path that’s dangerously close to peril and pain.”

According to a spokesperson for Meta, Ye violated the platform’s policies on hate speech, bullying, and harassment. He is restricted from posting and commenting for 24 hours. Further action will be taken if necessary.
