Boosie Badazz’s new movie has Bill Cosby’s stamp of approval.

The Baton Rouge rapper has been very vocal with his support for the embattled comedian, despite accusations of sexual assault from numerous women. And now in turn, Cosby is showing support for the controversial rapper.

Following the release of Boosie’s movie My Struggle on Friday, the actor—whose sexual assault conviction was overturned—shared a message with his followers on Instagram, urging them to support Boosie’s biopic.

“Lil Boosie, I have always appreciated your truth and support,” wrote the 84-year-old. “What I’m about to say, is not to compensate you because you supported Bill Cosby.”

“My publicist, Mr. Andrew Wyatt told me about your film, My Struggle, and I am encouraging all of my supporters and fans to make this American Citizen, Lil Boosie’s film, My Struggle a box office success,” he added.

After receiving Cosby’s endorsement, Boosie thanked Cosby. “THANKS‼️BILL COSBY MEANS ALOT COMING FROM YOU,” he responded.

Boosie’s film is available to stream via his website. He claimed that it made just under $1 million in its first day of release, while blasting bootleggers for uploading the film to YouTube and other sites to stream it illegally.

“MARTIN LUTHER KING would be pissed off right now to see y’all mfs not supporting black excellence and buying my movie but going to YouTube and other websites making the WHITE MAN RICH !” said Boosie.

He also called out Instagram for terminating his account, claiming that they are trying to stop him from promoting his movie.

“PLEASE CONTINUE TO BUY MY FILM DESPITE THIS MOVE TO STOP THE SUCESS OF MY STRUGGLE.YALL ALL I GOT AGAINST THESE POWERFUL PEOPLE .BUY IT TWICE TO BOOST MY FIRST WEEK NUMBERS THANKS,” he said.
