Beyoncé and JAY-Z are putting their love on film.
The glamorous couple stars in Tiffany & Co.’s “About Love” campaign film celebrating modern love. In the 90-second spot, directed by Emmanuel Adjei and shot at the Orum House in Los Angeles, Bey reimagines the classic “Moon River” from the 1961 movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
JAY-Z films his wife on a Super 8 camera while she performs at the piano alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat’s Equals Pi painting, which has never been seen before in public. In another scene, Mrs. Carter arrives on a private jet before pulling up to their modern mansion in the hills, where her husband is waiting her arrival.
The 28-time Grammy winner dons the iconic 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond, one of the world’s largest yellow diamonds. She is the first Black woman and fourth person to wear the legendary stone, which was previously worn by Audrey Hepburn and Lady Gaga.
As part of the partnership, Tiffany & Co. has pledged to donate $2 million towards scholarship and internship programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
