French Montana’s Calabasas crib is back on the market.
The “Unforgettable” rapper has re-listed his 7,786-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion for $4.99 million, a reduction from its previous $6.6 million price last year. Montana purchased the guard-gated home from Selena Gomez in 2016 for $3.3 million, over $1 million under her original asking price of $4.5 million.
According to People, the sprawling estate sits on three acres with five bedrooms, six baths, and five fireplaces. Other features include a wine cellar, movie theater, two-story billiards room, and chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook. The master bedroom boasts a spa-like bath and steam shower with walk-in closet and seating area.
There is also a detached guest house that was converted into a recording studio, a renovation that cost $400,000, with its own living room, bathroom, and terrace with fireplace. The expansive outdoor area includes a pool and spa, courtyard, and kitchen with brick pizza oven.
Montana, who can be heard on DMX’s posthumous track “Been to War,” also owns another home just minutes away in the celebrity-filled community of Hidden Hills. He purchased the 1.35-acre Tuscan-style property from Clippers star Paul George for $8.4 million in December.
