In honor of his birthday, Lil Wayne received an outpouring of love from fans, friends, and his girlfriend Denise Bidot, who shared a special tribute to her man. Taking to Instagram, the model posted a photo of the smiling couple on a private jet while reflecting on their whirlwind romance.
“Happy Birthday to the man who managed to steal my heart during a pandemic,” she wrote. “These past 5 months have been filled with more love, passion and laughter than i ever thought possible.”
Bidot continued, “You’re my best friend, my lover, and way more than a dream come true. Here’s to celebrating you today and every day baby!! I LOVE YOU.”
The couple began dating in April and have not been shy to show PDA on social media. Both have professed their love for each other, with Bidot calling their relationship a “perfect love story.”
Drake also wished his mentor on his big day by sharing a slideshow of photos of the two throughout the years. “More life to the man that gave me everything I have!!! Wayne, who released a deluxe edition of his album Tha Carter V on Friday, is celebrating his birthday with his girlfriend in the Dominican Republic.
He shared his gratitude for all the birthday love, writing “Thank you!!” alongside a photo of a sunset on the beach.
