The Shumperts are now a family of four.

Teyana Taylor and her husband Iman Shumpert welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Sunday at 3:28 a.m. Rue Rose Shumpert was born in the bathroom at the family’s Atlanta house just one day after the couple celebrated their baby shower.

The NBA star announced the exciting news on social media along with video of his newborn daughter. “At 3:28 am on Sept 6th 2020 Rue Rose 🌹 decided that the baby shower thrown for her and mommy was too lit,” wrote the proud dad. “She didn’t make the party but she managed to make the next day her birthdate!!!”

The baby was born on the bathroom floor just like her big sister Iman Tayla aka Junie was almost five years ago. “Now…when we buy homes, we always find a bathroom with great energy… but not in a million years would you be able to tell me we’d deliver both of our daughters in a bathroom without the assistance of a hospital! Our newest edition entered the world in the water and came out looking around and ready to explore!”

Added Iman, “A healthy child. A little sister. Another daughter. Black love wins….again. Welcome babygirl…we love you!”

Teyana shared another video of their baby girl. “We love you Rue, welcome baby girl @babyruerose 😢😍🌹❤️,” she captioned her post.

Just the day before in Atlanta, the family celebrated the impending birth of their daughter at a baby shower while joined by family and friends including Karrueche Tran, Queen Naija, La La Anthony, and Lori Harvey.

In June, Taylor revealed that she was pregnant in the video for her song “Wake Up Love” off her latest project, The Album. She also told Nick Cannon that she wanted Erykah Badu, who is a certified doula, to help with the home birth. However, it’s unclear if Badu was there to deliver the baby.

Rue joins the couple’s daughter Junie, who is excited to become a big sister. “Junie has a lot of ideas,” Teyana previously told PEOPLE. “She constantly kisses my stomach, she constantly talks to the baby. Even when we go to the store, she’s like, ‘Okay, mom, this is for the baby.’ She’s so ready. She’s going to be such a great big sister.”

Congrats to the Shumperts!
