Future’s baby mama drama continues.
Eliza Seraphin has filed a countersuit against the High Off Life rapper, claiming that he disparaged her name with false allegations. In the court documents, obtained by TMZ, Seraphin says Future tried to portray her as someone who sleeps around in order to get pregnant for her own personal financial gain.
Additionally, he allegedly threatened to have her killed while she was pregnant “in an attempt to coerce her to terminate her pregnancy.” Seraphin claims she took the threats seriously enough to report them to the police.
In the legal docs, she also shared texts that Future allegedly sent her. One reads, “let your lawyers speak for u at this point! u bogus, stole my last name now u want to b relevant jus fall back off the net trying to to prove a point.”
In another text, he reportedly wrote, “TMZ this bitch stole my last name I think that’s what i heard! I will never respect a clout chasing bitch NEVERRRRRRR FOH.”
Eliza claims she and Future were in a relationship for two years and engaged in unprotected sex, leading to the birth of their daughter Reign. Earlier this month, a DNA test confirmed Future as the biological father of the 1-year-old.
Eliza is now suing Future for libel, slander, and emotional distress. In February, Future filed his own lawsuit against her for defamation and invasion of privacy.
After the DNA results were made public, he seemingly addressed the mother of his child on Twitter. “Teach these hoes how to keep they business off the internet,” tweeted Future.
