Too fast, too furious.

Khalid hits the streets with Summer Walker in the thrilling video for the “Eleven” remix. The high-octane clip, directed by Daniel Russell, stars Khalid, Summer, and models Uglyworldwide and Duckie Thot.

They get behind the wheels of their colorful whips–Khalid in his chrome Beemer and Summer in a pink Miata–as they race through the streets of L.A. at night, with camera direction and stunt driving from Nino Pansini and Jeff Barnett, known for their work in the Fast & Furious franchise.

“Eleven” was originally released in January before Summer hopped on the remix. “I love making music you can drive to, and I feel like ‘Eleven’ is the perfect track to just play on your stereo, grip the wheel of your car, and just go where the wind takes you,” Khalid told Apple Music. “That’s what this song makes me feel like. This one I wanted to do something different.”

Khalid, whose sophomore album Free Spirit dropped one year ago, has been in the studio working on more music. “I’m feeling like I want to put out more music. I just want to just keep riding and riding and just throwing out,” he said. “Maybe I’ll create like an EP. That’s really just the vibe that I’m going on, it’s just making like an EP. Something that I really dive deep in and create just this mini sound and just give it out to people because I really want to take my time with my next album and just make sure it’s perfect.”

In between collaborating with dvsn, 21 Savage, and Davido, Summer is also readying an EP for release once the quarantine is over.
