The Monster is back.

In honor of its fifth anniversary, Future officially unleashes his mixtape, Monster, on all streaming services for the first time.

Released on October 28, 2014, Monster has racked up 150 million streams on SoundCloud and spawned fan favorites “Codeine Crazy” and “My Savages,” as well as the double-platinum smash “Fuck Up Some Commas,” which was later released as the first single from his third album DS2. The original featured 16 tracks, while there are 13 songs on the re-release including one sole appearance from Lil Wayne on “After That.”

Taking to Instagram, Future reflected on the milestone and paid tribute to his late engineer, Seth Firkins. “I’ve always spoke through my music and the people championed my trials and tribulations whole heartedly with no regards,” he wrote. “Remember #MONSTER 5years later this classic is available on all platforms, Thanks for the love #RIPSETH.”

The prolific Atlanta rapper is now prepping more music and surprises soon. According to a press release, the “re-release paves the way for his other game-changing mixtapes to also potentially see official release.”

Meanwhile, Hndrxx continues to cook up new music in the studio. In January, he dropped his album The WIZRD, followed by his Save Me EP in June.
