Breakup to makeup.

Summer Walker and London On Da Track’s relationship is a roller coaster. After topping the charts with her debut album Over It, which London executive produced, the couple split up this week, just hours before getting back together. The “Girls Need Love” songstress took to Instagram on Monday to announce that she was single again.

“Single. Lol somehow I always end up with male chauvinist,” she wrote. “Im a alpha female so I guess when I think for myself/make my own decisions it’s taken as disrespect. That was cute tho. God bless him still a sweet man deep down inside.”

The post came just days after London shared a selfie of him and Walker, declaring that he was “gone change her name.”

But London wasn’t quite ready for it to be over. Less than 24 hours after Summer announced their split, he surprised his girlfriend on stage during her show at London’s Troxy on Tuesday, bearing gifts including a giant stuffed unicorn and a rose. The two kissed and made up on stage in front of the screaming sea of fans.

“Make some noise for the queen of R&B,” declared London.

He later posted a photo of them together on stage, adding, “I’ll run bak to you before I let U walk away Slime Love,” while Walker shared video from the surprise reunion. “@LondonOnDaTrack always surprising my ass,” she tweeted.

The couple turned their relationship into a chart-topping album. Summer’s debut Over It opened at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and earned the largest streaming week ever for an R&B album by a woman, surpassing the debut week of Beyoncé’s Lemonade.
