Guwop is big mad.
While promoting his new album Woptober II, Gucci Mane sat down with Charlamagne Tha God where he discussed his rumored ban from “The Breakfast Club” and beef with co-hosts Angela Yee and DJ Envy.
According to Gucci, Yee and Envy are the ones who banned him from the Power 105 show. “It came from that punk-ass bitch and DJ Envy. He’s a pussy, too,” said Gucci (via Billboard). “I’m gonna give him his face-to-face because me and him never had no issue. I’m gonna confront him about what he and Angela did.”
Yee denied that she flirted with Gucci in a resurfaced 2010 interview earlier this month, but Gucci is standing by his claims. “Don’t ever act like you didn’t try to do it. You did,” he told Charlamagne. “She disrespected herself. She shouldn’t have made a big deal out of something. Now she’s embarrassed.”

Gucci also threatened to physically attack Envy if he sees him in person. “I’ma confront him about what he and Angela did, and if he come at me wrong, I’ma slap the shit out him,” he said. “It ain’t gonna be his first time getting slapped.”
As for Envy, he maintains that he never banned Gucci from the show. Taking to Instagram, he addressed Gucci’s comments, which he was made privy to by Charlamagne prior to release.
“This isn’t the 1st time I’ve been threatened by an artist and probably won’t be the last time,” he wrote. “I never been slapped, or snuffed or jumped before so not sure where that came from… but funny by all means… @laflare1017 was never banned from the @breakfastclubam.”
When asked whether he would interview Gucci without Yee, Envy said only if she cleared it first. “When asked, ‘Would I do an interview without Yee…’ My reply was, ‘I will not do anything unless you clear it with my co-worker.. We call that riding for your team where I’m from!!! And he’s upset because my coworker defended herself… Never in a million years will I tell my co-hosts what to say or what not to say.”
