Travis Scott may be going under the knife.

After falling onstage at Rolling Loud last weekend, the chart-topping rapper will reportedly undergo surgery on his bum knee.

Sources tell TMZ that Travis visited an orthopedic specialist at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute this week. He was diagnosed with a dislocated knee, more specifically a stretch or tear in the patellar tendon.

Travis injured himself while performing at Rolling Loud in New York on Saturday (Oct. 12). He landed on his leg wrong while jumping up and down and had to hobble on one leg for the rest of his performance. Despite the injury, he still finished the show.

Doctors want to wait another day or two before deciding if surgery is needed, or if the knee can heal on its own. However, Travis might opt for surgery because he wants to get back to playing basketball.

He will need to rest up before two major performances next month. He is slated to headline the Day N Vegas festival on Nov. 2 and his own ASTROWORLD Festival on Nov. 9.

But it’s not all bad news. This week, his single “Highest in the Room” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming his second leader on the chart.
