Future and Rocko are burying their beef.
The Atlanta rappers reunited on stage during Future and Meek Mill’s “Legendary Nights Tour” in their hometown on Sunday night. According to HipHop-N-More, Hndrxx surprised the crowd at the Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood by bringing out Rocko to perform their collaboration “Chose One,” officially ending their feud.
Their relationship took a turn in 2016 when Rocko sued Future for over $10 million for allegedly breaching a 2011 contract. In the suit, Rocko claims that Future was supposed to release his first six albums on Rocko’s A1 Recordings. Future allegedly signed a side deal with Epic Records and cut Rocko out of earnings.
The beef even made its way to social media. Future blasted Rocko on Twitter and even called him a “con artist” in a since-deleted Instagram post.
In 2017, the “U.O.E.N.O.” collaborators settled their 18-month legal battle out of court and asked the judge to dismiss the case. While terms weren’t disclosed, Rocko’s lawyers said that he was happy with the “very successful result.”
Aside from Rocko, Future was also joined by 2 Chainz, 21 Savage, and Lil Baby during Sunday’s ATL show.
“Atl was nothing less than legendary,” Future wrote following his set. “The city came out and made this a night to never forget. Love, hometown.”
