Future is shooting down reports that he fathered a seventh child.
A woman named Eliza Seraphin has sued the Atlanta rapper for paternity, claiming he is the father of her daughter. According to The Blast, she is seeking child support and custody. Seraphin, who goes by Eliza Reign the Haitian Goddess on social media, chronicled her pregnancy on Instagram, posting several shots with her daughter in the hospital after giving birth.
She claims Future was not happy about her pregnancy and even wanted her to get an abortion. “Eventually I found out I was pregnant and I let him know,” she said at the time. “He obviously wasn’t happy about it but wasn’t very forceful strong about getting rid of it either. However, he asked me to have an abortion. I thought seriously about it but waited a few weeks.”
In the end, she decided to keep the child. “I got the courage to basically inform Him that I didn’t go through with the procedure and decided to keep the child…He went ballistic!” she added. “Having members of his camp call me and friends come by my job asking about me. It got so bad, Out of fear, I started to slow down on working.”
Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Future denied claims that he fathered a seventh child with Seraphin, just hours after he filed a motion in court to gag Eliza from speaking about him publicly. He believes his name is being damaged by the allegations she has made against him.
“I have 5 wives BTW. Love them all to death,” Future captioned his post, referencing the five women he already has kids with. He has a total of six kids, including baby Future with Ciara.
Seraphin is asking the court to establish the paternity of her daughter. She believes Future is the father and wants a judge to order a DNA test so she can collect child support.
