Following the release of Revenge of the Dreamers III last month, Dreamville unleashes a video for “Sacrifices,” the closing track off the gold-certified compilation.

The emotional clip, which was shot in a warehouse, stars J. Cole, Smino, Saba, and EarthGang’s Olu, along with Olu’s mother. It is dedicated to Olu’s late father, Milton Ahdwele Fann and “all those who have passed on.”

On his verse, Cole reveals that he’s expecting a second child with his wife Melissa Heholt. “She gave me the gift of my son, and plus we got one on the way,” he raps. “She gave me a family to love, for that, I can never repay / I’m crying while writing these words, the tears, they feel good on my face.”

The Dreamville boss is now readying his long-awaited new album, while Omen, Cozz, and Lute are all back in the studio working on upcoming solo projects.
