BlocBoy JB is behind bars in Tennessee after being arrested on multiple charges.

The Memphis rapper, whose real name is James Baker, turned himself in to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday morning (Feb. 28). He was wanted on warrants including theft of property under $1,000, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

Authorities have been trying to locate him since Feb. 16 when they put out an alert on him. BlocBoy was active on social media and had posted several videos on Instagram before surrendering.

“James Baker surrendered to authorities this morning,” tweeted the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. “Thanks to all who helped us by sharing this post!”

In January, BlocBoy filed a lawsuit against the makers of the video game Fortnite, alleging his popular “Shoot” dance was used without permission.
