J. Cole is ready to get Revenge this spring.

The rapper is eyeing an April release for Dreamville’s Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation. He revealed the news during a YouTube chat with fans following the video premiere of “Middle Child.”

“ROTD3 is being finished right now,” he said. “post production shit. tracking out songs, sequencing, editing, then we gotta mix. we shooting for april.”

In January, he wrapped the recording sessions for Revenge of the Dreamers III, which took place in Atlanta over the course of 10 days, with artists including T.I., DJ Khaled, Wale, and Swizz Beatz.

In addition to ROTD3, Dreamville plans to release two projects in the first half of 2019—Ari Lennox’s Shea Butter Baby and EarthGang’s Mirrorland.

Earlier today, Cole debuted the video for “Middle Child,” the T-Minus-produced first single off his upcoming sixth album.

During his chat with fans, Cole also revealed that aside from the inaugural Dreamville Festival in April, he won’t be touring in 2019. However, fans can expect more features.
