It’s a boy!

Following previous reports, Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she and her husband Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate.

On Monday night’s episode of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” host Andy Cohen asked the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star whether the couple was “working on another child.”

“We are,” replied Kim, who revealed that the baby is due “sometime soon.”

He also asked if she knew the baby’s gender. “It’s a boy,” she added. “It’s out there. I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. And I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk.”

Kardashian stopped short of revealing the baby’s name, but she did rule out four candidates from the “WWHL” audience poll: “South,” “East,” “Calabasas,” and “Lil’ Kris.”

The couple already has three other children–daughter North, 5, son Saint, 3, and daughter Chicago, who turns 1 today.

While the reality mogul and rapper used a surrogate for Chicago, they are reportedly using a different gestational carrier for their fourth child.

“Since they had another embryo, Kim and Kanye always knew they wanted to try and implant that embryo too,” an insider tells PEOPLE. “They hoped to work with the same gestational carrier, but it didn’t work out this time. They are working with a second carrier now that is pregnant and will give birth in the spring.”

Kardashian experienced issues with placenta accreta, a potentially life-threatening condition, which led to her decision to use a surrogate for their third child. “I enjoyed the surrogacy process,” she told “Live with Kelly and Ryan” in May. “When it came time to breastfeed, I realized it was the best decision I have made–it’s a game changer. I can spend so much more time with the older kids, getting them used to the new baby.”
