XXXTentacion’s star continues to rise following his death.
On the heels of his posthumous collaborations with Lil Pump and Lil Peep, the late rapper reportedly has nine unreleased tracks waiting in the wings, including songs with Rihanna and The Weeknd, according to Mally Mall.
“One is gonna go for Rihanna,” the producer told Power 106’s “The Cruz Show.” “There’s another one that The Weeknd is gonna possibly get on right now. It’s crazy. The kid was so talented. X was so talented that he sounded like three different artists on one song.”
He continued to bestow praise on the fallen MC. “It’s sad because he predicted his death at 17, he thought he was gonna die. And he died at 20.”
XXX can be heard on the Mally Mall-produced “Arms Around You” with Lil Pump, Maluma, and Swae Lee, which was released earlier this week.
It’s unclear where the Rihanna and Weeknd collaborations will land. The 20-year-old reportedly recorded a “significant amount of material” for his third album prior to his death on June 18. The project, titled Skins, is due later this year.
